We score the site across 12 location factors drawn from decades of African retail site selection experience. This is not a Google Maps exercise — it is a structured assessment of everything that determines whether a retail site generates foot traffic and converts it to revenue.
We build footfall estimates from catchment population modelling, nearby retail benchmark comparisons, and site observations. This gives a realistic trading week projection before the store opens.
We build a 3-year revenue and margin model — projecting turnover, gross profit, fixed costs, and net trading profit under three scenarios. This is the financial input you need to assess the site and present to a bank or investor.
