Purpose

Use this tool to keep a store walk focused. Select the areas for today, record only real issue findings, attach photo evidence where useful, and produce a coaching report that can be copied, downloaded, shared, or emailed as a hosted link.

This is a control-support tool. It is not the official record for incidents, missed controls, variances, food-safety exceptions, or compliance exceptions. Those still require the store's signed paper process and local escalation rules.

Simple flow

1. Enter the email address first. If saved details exist, the app welcomes the user back and opens the Store Walk immediately.
2. If no saved details exist, enter the manager name, position, store, and email once. The email is used for the report link.
3. The weekly RIDBS newsletter tick box is optional and separate from report emails.
4. Select only the areas and checks needed for this visit. Do not create duplicate admin for checks you are not doing today.
5. Use Continue to Store Walk only when the selected scope is correct.
6. Each selected check opens automatically with ENTER YOUR INPUT. If the check is clean, use DONE. If there is an issue, type the issue/comment in plain language and press Send.
7. The app locks the issue text to that check first. Only then can you take or upload evidence photos.
8. Confirm the photo with OK, or use Delete if the wrong photo was added. For a locked issue photo, OK starts AI automatically so the user is not asked twice.
9. The app attaches the AI result automatically, closes that issue, and moves to the next decision.
10. Attach photos to issue evidence only. Routine clean checks do not need photos.
11. Use NEXT AREA to move on when the remaining checks in the current area are not required.
12. At the end, review the report, then copy, download, share, or email the hosted link. Complete the formal paper record where required.
